A. Refunds are available up to the point in which an order is processed. 

     1. Orders are usually processed through the end of the business day

     2. If contacted before order is processed you will receive a full refund to the form of which payment was made.

 

B. If a product is received and broken, due to shipping damage

    1. A picture must be sent to Jumpingjacksstore@gmail.com time stamped proving item arrived damaged

    2. Upon receiving broken/damaged product from you, we will resend new product

 

C. Manufacturer defect

    1. If product is malfunctioning due to a manufacturer defect, appropriate proof must be submitted to Jumpingjacksstore@gmail.com

     2. Upon evaluation, with sufficient proof our experts will inform you to send the product back to us, and we will replace with a new product.
